Are you still holding on to something that’s actually holding you back? I’d like to take you through a couple of steps today to help you work through what you might still be holding on to that could be impacting you negatively.

First, think about what causes you frustration, sadness, stress, or any other negative emotion. Consider the situations, people, or environments that trigger these emotions. 

Second, acknowledge that these negative emotions are indeed present in your life. Recognize that you do feel frustrated or sad, and bring it into your conscious awareness. What you need to do next is release these unwarranted negative emotions because you don’t want to be holding on to the past.

You want to focus on building your future. Releasing these emotions is quite straightforward and can provide you with the momentum you need to create an amazing future.
