What is holding you back? Are your habits holding you back? What other habits do you have? There may be a few that may be holding you back. You may identify some of these.

Firstly, physical. What are you doing physically? Are you going to bed late? Are you getting up late? Are you getting up early and doing a morning routine? Are you being active? Are you getting your steps in? Are you physically being healthy? What are your activities related to physical well-being? What are your daily routines? Do you start work at 10 and finish at 11?

We all like to do that, but there are things to be done during the day. If you’re not working in the hours that other people are working to create productivity, then that becomes a problem.

Two, mental.

What is going on in your thoughts? Are you telling yourself there’s not enough time in the day or that there aren’t enough people wanting your product? Are you saying to yourself that you’re not good enough or that you haven’t got enough time? What is it that you’re saying to yourself in your thoughts? Because those habits of negative thoughts will absolutely hold you back.

Thirdly, emotional.

What emotions are you carrying around? Do you have a burden of unwarranted emotions like sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, or anger from your past? Carrying them around on your shoulders will slow you down. The habits of carrying that around and not releasing it will hold you back.

Firstly, have a look at your physical, mental, and emotional areas of your life. Examine the habits you have in each of these areas and determine if they are serving you well or not serving you well.
