A lot of coaches are being really stressed, have anxiety, and getting anxious about faking it, not being good enough, and not knowing what to do. There are things you can do to settle you down as a new coach and give you some real strategies to go out and get new coaching clients.

  1. offer great value.

If somebody is going to coach with you, offer more value than other coaches are offering. It doesn’t have to be expensive but deliver more, offer more. Build your package out. Make sure it is absolutely undeniable that it is of great value so that people would want to coach with you. They just cannot say no. Build an absolute perfect package for you that will over deliver for your potential clients.

  1. have clear processes.

what conversations are you going to have with your clients or potential clients when they come to see you? Someone says to you, “I’m interested in learning more about your coaching packages.” What is that process for you?

  1. have A belief THAT you have something to offer.

You have expertise, you have experiences. All of this can be packaged up to absolutely deliver great results to your clients. So, have belief in yourself, have belief in what you have to offer, and have belief that your clients will get great outcomes from coaching with you.

At my Grow Your Coaching Biz Workshop, I share with you how to run what we call a Discovery Session. We are going to design a process on the conversation you’re going to have. You don’t want to have a talk fest. It’s not like a friendly conversation; that we’re just going to talk without a strategy around what you want to achieve out of that conversation with them.

If you want to know more about building packages, finding clients having these processes, come along to my Grow Your Coaching Biz Workshop.

Look out for the next date. I only do this once or twice a year, so book in early because I only take a very limited number.
