Success seems farfetched, or so most people think.

You may be one of these people. You may go through life wondering why success comes easy to some. You may be thinking why others are successful, and you’re not. You may just be waiting for success to come to you.

It shouldn’t be that way. You shouldn’t wait for success to happen to you. Do something about it!

“But how?” You may ask.

Learn and experience the learning. These are the two ingredients for success.

Keep learning new things. Don’t just think “I’ve learned this now and then that’s all I need to do, and I’m going to be successful”. You need to learn to grow – be it in your business/professional or personal life.

You may need to learn to run your business like logistics, accounts, or marketing to grow your business. But you need to learn things outside your business or professional life as well.

You may need to learn some new things that change your mindset, behaviour, or even values. Such changes bring a positive impact in your life, and help towards change for a better YOU.

Don’t just go around learning one new skill or knowledge then move onto the next. Don’t just learn new skills and then do nothing with them. For you to make full use of the new skill that you’ve learned, you actually have to experience it. Experience your new skill in such a way that you practice, use, and hone it until you’ve mastered it.

You’ve learned and experienced something new, what then? You might wonder. Whatever you’ve learned and become a master at, be generous and share this with others. Gain greater insight from my other blog, ”When you learn something new, what do you do?”

“Success is no accident. It is perseverance, learning, studying, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” – Pele, Soccer star

If you want to be successful, you have to embrace change. As Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, wisely says “There’s nothing permanent except change”. Everything around us changes all the time. When you strive for change in any area of your life, you yourself change and grow along with them.

Remember and do learn and experience the learning — two things that will drive you to succeed at any endeavor or goal that you set.
