Today, I want to ask you the question WHAT IS THE REAL REASON WHY YOU HAVEN’T ACHIEVED YOUR GOALS?
Now, I hear a lot of people giving me white noise, providing various excuses, and blaming people around them, the environment, the government, and the world. But what is the real reason? I want to talk about two things that may be holding you back from achieving your goals today.
Firstly it could be limiting beliefs.
Now, these are beliefs that will obviously hold you back. They include thoughts like, ‘I’m never good enough,’ ‘I can’t make it,’ ‘People don’t have any money,’ ‘The economy is bad,’ ‘People won’t pay that for my services,’ ‘Who would want to talk to me,’ and ‘Who would want to listen to me?’
These are all beliefs that I’ve heard coaches and business owners say to themselves, so I want you to listen to what you’re saying to yourself and change it to a more positive flow, like ‘I am good enough,’ ‘I attract clients easily,’ ‘The money flows easily and effortlessly,’ and things that allow you to live in a world of abundance instead of a world of lack.
The second thing that could be holding you back is negative emotions. That could be anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt or even frustration. These unwarranted emotions will weigh you down if you feel a bit heavy on the shoulders like you’ve got the weight of the world, then the negative emotions may be holding you back. Now, there’s a way to release these limiting beliefs and negative emotions and that’s what I use utilize for my clients as a Breakthrough Session.
