You may be thinking, ‘I want to quit every day,’ but really, you will ask yourself this very serious question when you feel like you’ve worked really hard, you’ve slogged it out, you’ve given enough time. When do you just put your hands up in the air and say, ‘I’ve had enough’?

There are a couple of strategies here to let you know how not to quit because you want to avoid quitting. Look for the one reason not to quit. There are probably a thousand reasons to quit, but look for that one reason not to.

Firstly, identify what’s holding you back. Why haven’t you reached your goals, milestones, or checkpoints? What’s holding you back? Really dig deep about what’s going on there.

Secondly, adjust and adapt. Sometimes marketplaces change, environments change, and you change. What you were looking to achieve may not align with your values anymore. So, adapt and adjust to allow you to keep going and moving forward.

Thirdly, get a coach. Everybody should have a coach in their life and in their business, in their fitness, in their health, and in their mindset. A coach is very, very important in your lifestyle.

Change your thoughts, change your environment, change your product, or service. Thirdly, get a coach to help you through all of this.
