You may get a few clients, do them on the weekends or at night yet still holding down another job. Be it part-time or full-time and so I get asked this question, Sharon, when is the right time to jump into full-time coaching?

  1. You will be never ready, never!

There’s never a good time. There’s always something happening in life that may challenge us or distract us. So, let’s get that straight first you will never actually be ready.

  1. Say “sooner rather than later.”

We put things off and waiting for the perfect time that never ever comes.

  1. If you’re thinking about it then now is the right time.

If it’s in your thoughts, it’s in your focus. You really are excited about doing it, you’re passionate about doing it, you feel that it’s your purpose in life or it’s your goal in life then I say, “Just do it now.” Everything will recalibrate and fall into place if you just go and do the work.

Talk to people, let people know that you’re now a coach and you’re taking coaching clients. Your business will thrive.

Here are the three points if you’re wondering when’s the right time to go coaching full-time:

  • Don’t wait for the perfect time. You’ll never be ready.
  • Sooner rather than later.
  • If you’re thinking about it, do it now.

If you want to find out more about how to build that coaching model into your business and grow it into a full-time role, come along to my Grow Your Coaching Biz Workshop, it is a VIRTUAL EVENT.
